1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between baji99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the baji99 website and its associated services ("you", "the Player", "the User"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the baji99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the baji99 platform. baji99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the baji99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not be a current or former employee of baji99 or any of its affiliate companies, nor a family member of such an employee, unless prior written consent has been obtained from baji99 management.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of baji99 features, you must create a registered account. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. baji99 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration, at any point during the lifetime of the account.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one baji99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, baji99 will close all related accounts and may void any balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. baji99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact baji99 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

baji99 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your baji99 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. baji99 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which baji99 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method but baji99 endeavours to complete all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Before a withdrawal is approved, baji99 may require you to complete identity verification (see Section 7). Withdrawal requests will not be processed where the account balance includes uncleared bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

baji99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are subject to monitoring. Where unusual transaction patterns are identified, baji99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation. During any such investigation, baji99 may request additional documentation from the account holder. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

baji99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. The following general rules apply to all baji99 bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• baji99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by the Player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using third-party funds to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• baji99 reserves the right to apply a maximum cashout cap on winnings generated from bonus funds, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the baji99 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming products:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, baji99's decision is final. baji99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, corruption, or where odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement due to a technical error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform features.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the baji99 platform, including its software, algorithms, or security systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing baji99 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during account use.
• Deliberately exploiting technical bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the baji99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of baji99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any baji99 content without prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

baji99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the baji99 Privacy Policy. We use your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — even if baji99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. baji99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baji99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. baji99 will endeavour to minimise disruption and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute between you and baji99, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, baji99 reserves the right to refer the matter to an independent arbitration process. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14. Termination

baji99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for behaviour that baji99 reasonably believes to be harmful to the platform or its users, or where required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and wagering-ineligible amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting baji99 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms.
